Shipping and Delivery
How long will my order take?
Bags with hair take time to create and as such are typically completed within 15 – 20 business days after you’ve placed your order.
All other items should be processed within 7 – 10 days depending on availability.
If a request has been made for a name to be placed on a product, no print alterations can be made after the order has been printed.
Peak Season
We are a small business and try to ship all orders as soon as possible throughout the year however increases in orders increase lead times and this mostly occurs during peak shopping seasons.
Back to school, Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers day and times when we are in a Pop Up Shop.
If your order misses the cut off for Christmas we may not work on your order until after the new year, as we dedicate our production time for orders placed for Christmas. There is often an increase in lead time after holidays pass making lead times longer. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Please note that our staff observe Christmas as a holiday. If the holidays fall within the week the company will close from Christmas Eve and for 3 working days after.
Estimated Delivery Dates = Availability + Processing + Shipping Time
Shipping your items to you on time is very important to us. The estimate delivery time is based on several factors that include item availability. Delivery dates are defined in business working days. Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and may change due to no fault of ours. Once the package has been shipped we have no control over and are not responsible for challenges experienced by our delivery partner.
Changes
If an exchange is required, all shipping costs are to be incurred by the buyer. In addition if the item is personalised the buyer will not be able to make changes once the order has been placed with the printers. On personalised orders (names on bags) there are no refunds or exchanges available once the name has been printed.
